Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
a. Ownership of AI-Generated Videos
AI Studio retains ownership of the underlying AI technology and video generation algorithms.
Users own the final AI-generated videos they create, subject to compliance with these Terms.
If you use AI-generated content for commercial purposes, you are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe on third-party rights.
b. Restrictions on AI Studio’s Technology
You may not claim AI-generated videos as wholly original without acknowledging AI Studio’s role in their creation.
You may not resell or redistribute AI-generated videos as part of another video generation service without explicit permission.
5. Payment & Subscription Terms
Some features of AI Studio may be free, while premium features may require a payment via subscription or other method.
Such fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Failure to complete a payment may result in account suspension until the balance is cleared.

7. Third-Party Platforms & Integrations
AI Studio-generated videos may be published on third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
We are not responsible for the rules, policies, or content moderation actions of these platforms.
If your AI-generated videos are removed, flagged, or demonetized, AI Studio holds no liability.
It is your responsibility to ensure that videos comply with the terms of service of each platform where they are published.
8. User Content
Any content you post, upload, or share through the Service is considered “User Content.” By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that you either own such content or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to grant the rights set forth herein.
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Service. This license allows us to incorporate, promote, and redistribute your content in any media format or through any media channel, including in aggregated or anonymized forms, without further consent or compensation.

9. Service Availability & Modifications

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, as AI processing depends on cloud infrastructure and external APIs.
In cases of downtime or system failures, AI Studio is not liable for lost content or revenue.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
AI Studio provides its Services “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Studio is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages, including loss of business or monetization issues.
Platform-related penalties, such as account bans on TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram.
Legal disputes resulting from AI-generated content.
Events beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures or service outages.
Our total liability in any case shall not exceed $100.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AI Studio harmless from any legal claims, losses, or damages arising from:
Your use of AI-generated videos for unlawful, misleading, or unauthorized purposes.
Any copyright infringement, defamation, or ethical violations related to your content.
Any breach of these Terms that results in legal action against AI Studio.
If a third party files a claim against AI Studio due to your content, you are responsible for legal defense costs.
13. Termination & Account Suspension
AI Studio reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access, without notice, at its sole discretion for any reason including but not limited the following circumstances:
Violation of these Terms, including misuse of AI-generated content.
Failure to make subscription payments in a timely manner.
Legal, security, or ethical concerns regarding your use of the platform.
Upon termination, you may lose access to stored videos and premium features.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to these Terms shall be settled through arbitration in Delaware.
Legal claims must be filed within one (1) year of the cause of action.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of AI Studio after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
